Last updated: March 2026. These terms govern your use of TrimJob (trimjob.co.uk).

1. About TrimJob

TrimJob is a platform that connects customers with hair care service providers. We act as an intermediary — we do not provide hair care services directly.

2. Account registration

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Customer terms

  • Bookings are requests until confirmed by the provider.
  • Cancellation policies are set by individual providers.
  • Reviews must be honest and relate to genuine appointments.
  • Abusive or fraudulent behaviour may result in account suspension.

4. Service provider terms

  • Providers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings.
  • Providers must hold appropriate insurance and qualifications.
  • Pricing must be accurate and inclusive of VAT where applicable.
  • TrimJob may remove listings that violate these terms.

5. Pro subscriptions

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Free trials are available for first-time subscribers. You can cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the billing period.

6. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. TrimJob does not store your card details. Refund policies are determined by individual providers.

7. Intellectual property

All TrimJob branding, design, and software are owned by TrimJob. Content you upload (photos, reviews) remains yours, but you grant us a licence to display it on the platform.

8. Limitation of liability

TrimJob is not liable for the quality of services provided by providers, disputes between customers and providers, or any loss arising from use of the platform beyond the fees paid to us.

9. Account deletion

You may request account deletion at any time. Deletion is processed within 30 days. Some data may be retained for legal or regulatory purposes.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
